Great news! We offer Returns and Exchanges.
You can exchange a product for another item or opt for store credit when returning an item.

Return & Exchange Guidelines
• Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Store credit issued will remain valid for 120 days from the date of issue.

Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can request an exchange at no additional cost.
• To ensure a smooth process, an unboxing video of the package is required as proof.

Important Notes
• A maximum of 1 exchanges can be made against the same credit note.
• Products purchased on sale or during promotional periods are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Damages caused by wear and tear, breakage, or scratches after 3 months of receiving the product will not be eligible for exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can contact us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM to submit your request.
• The item must be shipped back to our warehouse to begin the exchange process.
• Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check, we will process the exchange or issue store credit.

Refund Policy

Please note: We do not offer refunds. Instead, exchanges or store credit will be provided as per our policy.
