Nostoi Sterling Silver jewels are carefully crafted with high-quality Silver (Silver 925), making them durable and comfortable for everyday wear.

For maintenance and care we recommend keeping them dry and away from humidity to extend their shine and longevity.

Is shipping free on my Nostoi order?

Yes! We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Your order status is updated via email, including tracking details upon dispatch. Please use this information to monitor your delivery.

How long will my order take to ship?

We process most orders within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Arrive within 2-4 working days
  • COD Orders: Arrive within 5-7 working days

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Need your order sooner? Opt for express shipping at an additional charge of INR 350, and receive your package within 72 hours.

While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Though we take utmost care in packaging, we cannot guarantee against loss or damage caused by shipping carriers. However, we’re always here to help—reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

I entered incorrect shipping details. What should I do?

Before checking out, please double-check your shipping and billing details to avoid delays.

If you’ve made an error, don’t worry! Email us at hey@nostoi.in or fill up our Contact Form with your order number and the correct details, and we’ll fix it for you. If that’s too much trouble, just send us a DM on Instagram!

Do you offer refunds?

We have a no-refund policy, but don’t worry—we’re happy to offer you an exchange or store credit instead!

Can I return a sale item?

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right! If you’d like a replacement or need to return it, just email us at help@nostoijewelry.com, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Great news! We offer Returns and Exchanges.

  • You can exchange a product for another item or opt for store credit when returning an item.
  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Store credit issued will remain valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can request an exchange at no additional cost.
  • To ensure a smooth process, an unboxing video of the package is required as proof.

Important Notes

  • A maximum of 1 exchanges can be made against the same credit note.
  • Products purchased on sale or during promotional periods are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Damages caused by wear and tear, breakage, or scratches after 3 months of receiving the product will not be eligible for exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange?

  • You can contact us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM to submit your request.
  • The item must be shipped back to our warehouse to begin the exchange process. Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check, we will process the exchange or issue store credit.
